House Rules
Please read carefully before your stay
Dear guests, we look forward to welcoming you to our villa. We wish you a pleasant stay and an unforgettable holiday. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please read these house rules carefully. We recently had to cancel a reservation for the first time since we began renting the villa. As this was an unpleasant experience for both the guest and the owner, we want to inform all future guests in order to avoid uncomfortable situations.
Please treat the house as if it were your own. This house is our home, which we place at your disposal.
Check-in & Check-out
Accommodation is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. Please note that we need at least half an hour to inspect the house on departure day, so it is best for guests to bring out their luggage by 9:30 at the latest.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables left in the rooms. The owner is not liable for any losses. Although the property is fenced, located in a safe neighbourhood and under video surveillance, please do not leave large amounts of cash, jewellery, etc. unattended.
Smoking & Waste Sorting
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Please sort your waste — bins are located in the storage room next to the front door.
Guest Responsibility & Owner Entry
Guests are responsible for their behaviour in and around the house and bear the consequences in the event of an accident. In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the owner has the right to enter the premises to prevent damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest of the entry at the first point of contact.
Before Leaving
Always check that doors and windows are closed before leaving the house, close the umbrellas, and turn off the lights, television and air conditioning.
Equipment & Furniture
It is forbidden to damage equipment and furniture, create disorder, or disturb other guests. Please be careful not to leave the fridge open, let water boil over during cooking, damage tables with knives, or rock on chairs.
Sunscreen & Wet Clothing
Sunscreen and wet clothing can cause significant and permanent damage to furniture. Please take special care: avoid lying on the sofa covered in sunscreen, sitting on kitchen chairs while wet, hanging wet clothes over beds or doors, or pulling curtains with cream-covered hands.
Children
Never leave small children unsupervised. Warn children about inappropriate behaviour such as playing with pillows, jumping on beds, jumping into the pool, throwing stones into the pool, or running through the house near dangerous objects and glass walls.
Quiet Hours
Noise is strictly prohibited between 14:00–16:00 and 23:00–07:00.
Guest Access & Visitors
The villa's facilities may only be used by registered guests. The host may approve visits at the guest's request at a specified time. Unregistered guests are not permitted in the house.
Prohibited Items & Pets
It is forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, and flammable materials. It is forbidden to use equipment and devices that are not part of the villa (e.g. volleyball nets in the pool). Pets are not permitted in the villa.
Damage & Inventory
In the event of loss or damage to inventory, furniture, appliances or other parts of the house, the guest must immediately notify the host. If the damage is due to the guest's negligence, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage. It is forbidden to remove equipment and accessories (e.g. towels, blankets) from the house.
Laundry & Linens
You may use the laundry room in the basement, but only for your own needs. It is forbidden to wash towels, sheets and blankets belonging to the host — the host uses dedicated machines for villa linen. Reserve towels are located in the laundry room; if you need new ones, you may request them from the host in reasonable quantities.
Registration on Arrival
Upon arrival, please present your ID card or passport to the host for tourist registration. Your documents will be returned within 30 minutes.
Garden Rules
If you use the outdoor barbecue, open and close the gas valves under the grill. The host will remove waste oil from the grill drawer the following morning — please let us know if you have used the barbecue.
Pool & Terrace Rules
The host cleans the pool every morning between 06:00 and 08:00. Smoking is prohibited in the pool or on sun loungers. Pool depth is 1.5 m. You must shower before entering the pool or whirlpool — the outdoor shower cabin is located next to the pool. No pets, no food or drink in the pool. Diving and jumping into the pool are forbidden. Ball games in the pool are forbidden. Please use the WC. Watch your children, and be mindful of pool toys that may enter the pump and permanently damage it (small balls and similar toys can be sucked into the filter). The whirlpool water is changed before new guests arrive; although it has a modern purification system, water cleanliness depends on guests — entering without showering first causes cloudy water. Do not walk on stones or plants in the garden.
Parking
Each villa has 3 parking spaces. Please park carefully to avoid damaging other guests' vehicles. Guests are responsible for their own vehicles. Do not drive on pedestrian paths as they can be damaged. Always close the entrance gate from the car park. Although the hosts live nearby and monitor weather forecasts, please close the umbrellas and awnings every evening to protect against sudden storms.
Violations
In the event of a violation of the house rules, the host has the right to terminate the contract without a refund. Payment for the service is made in full upon arrival, together with the deposit.
